Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram require us to register your specific J2534 device on our wiTECH 2 / Mopar subscription before we can use it on your vehicle. This takes ~24 hoursafter we receive your J2534 serial number — we'll email you the confirmed session time once registration completes.

Future bookings with the same J2534 are immediate — the 24h window only applies the first time we link your device.

Action after booking: reply to the confirmation email with your J2534 device's serial number (printed on the device or in its companion app) so we can start registration right away.
