Book GM session →You plug in a J2534 device. FlexiHub bridges it to us over the internet (USB-over- network) so your J2534 appears on our computer as if locally connected. We run ACDelco TDS / FJDS / VIDA / TIS / ODIS on our side and program your ECU directly. Google Meet on the side so you can watch + talk us through anything specific.

Book Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram session →We refund only when the failure is on us — our software, our network on our end, or operator error during the session.
We don't refund when the programming completes but the vehicle still has the underlying problem (programming isn't diagnosis), when the vehicle has a hardware fault that blocks programming, when the wrong module / wrong J2534 was set up on your end, when the customer internet drops repeatedly, or when no-shows / late cancels burn the slot. Programming a replacement module is what you paid for — if the new module turns out to be defective or the root cause was something else entirely, that's a separate job.
If we're unsure whose side the issue is on, we'll talk it through honestly and either credit a follow-up session or refund — but the burden is on us to identify our-side failures, not on you to debate a non-refund.
