This is a file-preparation and PCM unlock service, not a tuning file and not an HP Tuners product. We process supported GPEC reads so that the unlock / access step is handled; the actual calibration work stays in your hands with your own software, where legally permitted.
Tell us your ECU family, PCM part number, and how the file was read. If you cannot read the PCM, the mail-in option covers you. As always, year/make/model alone is not enough — the controller and read determine support.
No read/write tool? You can mail in your PCM and we service the physical unit directly, then ship it back.

- No. This is a PCM unlock and file-preparation service, not a tuning file. It prepares supported ECUs for the tuning workflow you run with your own tools, where legally permitted.
